Sony BMG is preparing to make home in the leased building that once housed Creative Artists Agency. Since leaving the 75,000 sq. foot building in 2007, CAA has occupied a nearby structure in Century City.

The former headquarters of CAA features a mural by American pop-artist Roy Lichtenstein, and boasts an impressive 57ft tall atrium. While the building is currently vacant, Sony BMG doesn’t plan to move in until later of this year. For those of you unfamiliar with Sony BMG, it strays just behind Vivendi Music Group as the second largest music company.

The building’s owner, Michael Ovitz, announced the lease while attending a conference in Idaho.
