The two men who were involved in the foiled Lawry’s robbery Friday were each charged with several felonies. The men, Felton Bradford and Floyd Nelson (both 48) are facing a barrage of felony charges, among them assault with a firearm and conspiracy to perpetrate a robbery. The former bandit is facing additional robbery charges stemming from prior incidents.

The duo planned to rob the Lawry’s in Beverly Hills Friday morning, when they were stopped by a surveillance unit and proceeded to flee. The pair was fired at after drawing their guns in seeming preparation to fire at law enforcement officials. While Nelson was hit during the incident, his injuries are not reported to be life threatening. No other injuries were reported following the incident.

The men are believed to be involved in a string of other robberies, which is why they were initially placed under supervision.
